Palo Alto support that makes a difference

With advanced threat prevention, application-level traffic control and automation, Palo Alto Networks is one of the most widely chosen security platforms, from small businesses to large data centres. But a powerful product alone is not enough: correct configuration, continuous monitoring, keeping it current and responding instantly matter as much as the hardware. Palo Alto support ensures your investment is used effectively.

Beyond selling Palo Alto products, Albisec has a capable technical support organisation to manage them end to end. Our engineers hold Palo Alto certifications, have worked on many major projects in Türkiye, follow a 24/7 support principle and, thanks to our relationship with the vendor, can quickly engage the vendor’s support channel directly when needed.

Rapid response when seconds count

During a security breach or outage, even seconds are critical. Delays in support can lead to data loss and financial damage. Our team’s agile response capacity and deep product knowledge keep the security level of your environment consistently high.

Not just when things break: proactive support

  • Periodic health checks: review of configuration, resource usage and security profiles.
  • Best Practice Assessment (BPA): prioritised findings and a remediation plan.
  • Configuration improvements: clean-up of shadowed and unused rules, move to App-ID.
  • Version management: planned upgrades to recommended PAN-OS releases, with a rollback plan.
  • Migration after a hardware refresh and configuration transfer when products change.

Flexible support models for enterprises and mid-sized businesses

We offer support models for both large-scale projects and SMBs: flexible SLAs, on-site response, remote access, regular health checks and a service scope shaped around your needs. Our support does not end with installing the device; it aims to keep the device running at its best and most secure at all times.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does a Palo Alto support contract cover?

Troubleshooting, configuration changes, PAN-OS upgrades, periodic health checks, log analysis and, when needed, escalation to the Palo Alto Networks TAC. Scope and response times depend on the SLA level.

Why do I need partner support if I already have Palo Alto Networks vendor support?

Vendor support focuses on product defects. A local team that knows your environment, topology and business priorities resolves configuration, integration and operational issues much faster. When necessary, we take the case to the vendor with all the technical detail.

We bought our devices from another company. Can we still get support?

Yes. We start with a baseline health check of your current deployment, then move to a support contract with an SLA that fits your environment.

How often should a health check be done?

We recommend every 6 months for most organisations, and every 3 months for critical, frequently changing environments. An additional check should follow major upgrades and topology changes.
