Prisma Access: protect work everywhere it happens
Best-in-class protection for all users, apps and data, powered by Precision AI® in a single cloud-delivered solution.
Protect all users, apps, data and devices everywhere
Traditional VPNs connect users to the network and then trust them, leaving attackers plenty of room to move. Prisma Access grants every access at the application level, with least privilege and continuous verification.
Powered by Precision AI®, Prisma Access blocks inline attacks every day, avoids outages with the industry’s most resilient backbone and delivers faster app performance than direct-to-web with native app acceleration.

Frequently asked questions
What is ZTNA 2.0?
ZTNA 2.0 is a Zero Trust access approach that grants least-privileged access at the app and sub-app level and continuously verifies trust and traffic after the connection is established. See our ZTNA article for details.
Does Prisma Access replace GlobalProtect VPN?
Prisma Access provides cloud-delivered access using the GlobalProtect app (or the new Prisma Agent) and can remove the need for an on-premises VPN gateway. In hybrid scenarios it can also be used alongside NGFWs.
